Veteran Yoruba actress, Mulikat Adegbola is dead
Another veteran actress, Mulikat Adegbola, is dead.
Mulika was popularly know by her stage name Ashabi Iya Adinni.
She passed on a few hours ago after a brief illness.
Top Yoruba actor, Muyiwa Ademola, has confirmed the demise.
He posted Mulikat’s photo on his instagram page with the caption: “This is quite sad but who are we to question the Almighty? Sleep on Iya Adinni.

The Theatre Arts and Movie Practitioners Association of Nigeria (TAMPAN) has described the death of Mulikat Adegbola as shocking and heartbreaking.
The actress passes away early Saturday morning.
The news came barely three weeks after another Yoruba actress, Kudirat Ajimati died.
TAMPAN National Director of Public Relations, Yomi Fash-Lanso, stated that the death of Mulikat Adegbola is “a big loss to the industry just like some great actors too that died in their prime.”
Continuing, the prolific actor said: “Sudden in the sense that she had pulled out of her illness many months back.
“The President of TAMPAN (Dele Odule) would want to seize this time of grief to appeal to all members to take health insurance as priority.
