Game of Thrones actor dies

British character actor Peter Vaughan, who played the role of Maester Aemon Targaryen in HBO series Game of Thrones has died aged 93, according to the British Broadcasting Corporation.
The actor, whose career spanned six decades, made his debut in 1959 playing minor roles but he went on to star alongside Frank Sinatra, Anthony Hopkins, Meryl Streep and Liam Neeson and Jeremy Irons.
